To begin, you must identify the brand of your mobile phone (Samsung, Apple or Huawei). The NFC's location and the size of the reader both play a role in how well your smart card, ring, or tag will be detected.
(For Smart Ring Users) If the reader does not respond, try knocking a few more times. You will know you're hitting the NFC chip on your ring if it brings up your profile.
